Research shows that ‘being the observer’ of your thoughts and emotions is responsible for as much as 80% of the ‘success’ in your life. Until you become aware of your unconscious thoughts and emotions, they will direct your life, and you will think it’s ‘fate’; and you won’t be aware of your negative emotional patterns that cause unhappiness and failures in your life.
During the seminar, you will increase your awareness of your thoughts and emotions and you will learn you can condition your ’negative emotional responses’ to be ’positive emotional responses’. This becomes easier if you recognize that everything from your skin ‘in’, is your ‘inside world’, and everything from your skin ‘out’, is the ‘outside world’. The outside world is only a stimulus where you choose how you will respond. Unfortunately, we seldom do this because we have been conditioned to react negatively, at some level or another, whenever something negative happens in our outside world. Therefore, we want to condition ourselves to respond in a positive way to any negative stimulus.
So, the goal of the seminar is to become ‘the observer’ of our negative thoughts and emotions so we can condition them to be positive when something negative happens.
Let’s start by watching a video that explains conditioning:
How to Turn Negative Thinking into a Positive Outlook
The neural pathways of our brain are like the muscles in our body. The more we use them, the stronger they get. The less we use them, the weaker they get. That’s how positive emotional conditioning works. The more we think positive thoughts, the stronger those neural pathways become. That conditions our emotions to be positive. The less we think negative thoughts, the weaker those neural pathways become. That reduces the negative emotional conditioning.

In 180 AD, Marcus Aurelius said:
”Very little is needed to make a happy life; It is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.”
In 1862, Abraham Lincoln said:
”Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.”
Positive Thinking is not new. “Emotional Conditioning” is what’s new.
“Be aware that what you think, to a large extent, creates the emotions that you feel. See the link between your thinking and your emotions. Rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them”. From Eckhart Tolle’s book ‘A New Earth’
This includes being aware of:
A) the automatic negative way we react when something negative happens to us and,
B) the negative thoughts we think when we are alone.
This video suggests ways to manage our thoughts and emotions and reduce our negative thinking.
