What Are Thoughts?

You are not your thoughts. You are the observer of your thoughts. Your thoughts are the output of your mind. Your mind uses all the information it acquires through your senses to create new thoughts. It is a process, an intangible experience. And then that experience is sent to you (your awareness), as a new thought-emotional experience. But the thought experience is not real. It’s only a ‘thought journey’. Understanding your thought process promotes better mental health.
